Assisted Living Activities
At Park Senior Villas, we know that quality of life is measured not only about living by nice surroundings and receiving excellent care. Our goal is to help every resident live a life of purpose and joy by engaging them in a variety of activities and programs that are tailored to their individual interests and adapted to meet their abilities. While participation is always optional, we do foster and encourage involvement so residents can maintain a level of independence for as long as possible.
Our Activities Team develops and facilitates a wide range of senior center activities that includes:
Socialization
- Daily socials, interactive music hour, live entertainment, gardening and baking activities, movie nights, arts and crafts, community interactive events
Intellectual Stimulation
- Memory and trivia games, current events discussions, guest speakers, and small groups
Physical Activities
- Daily walks, yoga, chair basketball or volleyball, exercise with bands/weights, Wii games, and outdoor outings
Philanthropic Opportunities
- Working together with families and the Park team, residents contribute according to their abilities and give back to the community which increases their sense of purpose
Spiritual Wellness
- Worship opportunities and revitalization from time outdoors
