At Park Senior Villas, our approach is quite different from other communities. We are not a large multiple story facility… we’re a neighborhood. We could choose to follow the typical industry model to reduce costs or maximize staff efficiency; but we don’t. Our primary focus is and always will be our senior living residents. Providing them with exceptional elder care in a true home setting while preserving their individual dignity drives everything we do.

Our unique design reflects the latest research that shows residents in similar settings experience better outcomes including greater levels of personal dignity and lower rates of depression and anxiety. Residents love the intimate home setting they are used to and can take advantage of the larger neighborhood by strolling through our beautifully landscaped park, enjoying amenities such as our onsite hair salon, fitness room and special multi-sensory therapy room or just visiting with friends in another home. We offer all the benefits of a larger community without being an institution.
