Residents in assisted living at Park Senior Villas can schedule an appointment in our beauty/barber salon, use the fitness room, or relax in a comfortable common area. In addition to onsite activities, we invite resources from the larger community to provide cultural and educational programming. We regularly schedule intergenerational activities with local scout troops and school groups, and residents in assisted living can also choose to participate in outings to popular restaurants, movie theaters, and local attractions.

With programs such as music therapy and hydrotherapy – and the leading-edge technology of Helpany – Park Senior Villas is able to reach seniors in a variety of stages of aging.
Through a partnership with Atlas Medical, we also offer the In-Motion Program which works with residents to improve or restore their mobility, balance, and range of motion. The program can also benefit those who want to regain the strength and stability they may have lost as a result of an injury, illness, or sedentary lifestyle.
Yes, we evaluate you or your loved one’s needs upon move-in to our community. But we also regularly check in with residents, completing assessments and thoughtfully appraising the physical, cognitive, and emotional state of each one, assuring their care plan and program involvement are working in concert to provide the best lifestyle possible. Additionally, we use AI-enabled, radar-enhanced technology of Helpany to monitor motion patterns and help reduce the risk of falls in our communities.

Technology and Care Go Hand-in-Hand
Park Senior Villas is leading the way in tech-enabled approaches to safety in its communities. With the installation of radar-enhanced devices from Helpany in every assisted living and memory care apartment, Park caregivers across all four communities in Arizona are able to elevate the quality of care we provide. Helpany’s device, called “Paul,” is mounted on the ceiling, and monitors changes in resident motion over time and provides alerts for real-time movement.
Helpany is not a camera and does not impede the privacy and dignity of residents. Instead, this AI-supported, radar-based unit identifies residents at risk for falls by analyzing their unique motions patterns, then notifies caregivers in real time if a resident gets up at night. With this type of technology, caregivers at Park Senior Villas are empowered to proactively help residents live safely and happily.
